This large city is located on the border of Tarq and Urruk. Most of the population of Corso’s Chasm has never met a Deluvian, but they have frequent run ins with Orcs testing their prowess. The city is a key player in bringing in trade from far away Verandi, funding many caravans crossing the treacherous path across the continent. Don DiCorso’s other responsibility is protecting the ancient Dwarven bridge across the chasm. First constructed when the Dwarves fled the Iron Sea, it serves as a gateway to the south, helping ensure no Orcs can easily cross into dwarven lands.
The Bridge itself is a masterpiece of form and function. Fifty feet wide and hundreds of feet long, the bridge can easily accommodate a large Dwarven host. The entrances are guarded by huge stone gates and portcullises, with defensive arrow towers. The bridge is carved to depict the likeness of Moradin holding back an Orc warlord.
